Please continue to follow us for further updates.

Q2: Will there be any changes to my account when I log in to Seller Center?

There is no change, you can log in through the App or PC version of Seller Center as before and perform operations.

Q3: Have there been any changes to TikTok Shop's policies?

The policy remains unchanged.

Q4: Has my store rating (SPS) been affected?

Your store rating has not changed during the service suspension period.

Q5: When should I start dealing with after-sales issues (returns/refunds)?

Please handle the relevant requests as before to ensure that the buyer's issue can be resolved quickly.

Q6: Will the settlement cycle be affected?

The performance advertisements from January 18th to 20th may have delayed data transmission, resulting in fluctuations in attribution conversion

Q3、 Has Live Ads been restored?

The Live GMV Max&LSA targeting the United States has not been restored yet, and no time has been given yet. Once restored, it will automatically restart advertising

Q4: Has brand advertising been affected?
