What is the difference between Standard Seller Shipping and ShipAIM Consolidation Shipping?

Standard Seller Shipping is arranged by the manufacturer or the manufacturer’s authorized logistics provider for the transportation of goods, while Consolidation Shipping is arranged by ShipAIM for the transportation of goods. Standard Seller Shipping is suitable for direct transportation of goods provided by a single manufacturer, while Consolidation Shipping is suitable for unified transportation of goods from multiple manufacturers. The cost of Standard Seller Shipping is usually higher than that of consolidated transportation, but the processing time is about 24 hours faster. The cost of Consolidation Shipping is lower, while the processing steps are slightly more complicated. Customers only need to select Standard Seller Shipping on the checkout page and pay the shipping fee together with the order amount when choosing Standard Seller Shipping. If choosing Consolidation Shipping, customers only need to pay the order amount on the checkout page. As for the cost of Consolidation Shipping, ShipAIM will send a bill to the customer for payment after the package is packaged. The specific amount depends entirely on the weight of the customer’s package and the recipient country. The package will be shipped after the shipping fee is paid. No matter which mode of transportation you choose, there will be issues related to import tariffs and VAT. Standard Seller Shipping and Consolidation Shipping may require you to pay import tariffs and VAT in advance. If there are such customer needs or customs requirements, the invoice for tariffs and VAT will be provided to you for payment before the package is shipped. If you have not paid the customs duties or VAT before the order is shipped and your country has relevant customs duties or VAT collection requirements, you can also arrange it yourself after the package arrives at the destination customs. How Can I Trace My Order?

You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse Processing: You can check the status in “My Orders” page in your ShipAIM account. Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Remote Areas – Delivery

Can couriers deliver to remote areas? Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the products to you. FedEx or DHL might in some cases apply a nominal “remote area charge”. This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers. If your address is located in a remote area for the courier of your choice, we will contact you to discuss the issue. You will need to pay an extra $45 to cover the remote shipping fees from FedEx or DHL. However, if you do not want to pay any additional fees, we would suggest that you ship your order with Standard Shipping. We will refund you the difference in shipping fee.

Is Shipping Included in The Prices?

If products are marked “free shipping”, then you will do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free shipping to the whole world. For products without “free shipping”, Prices vary depending on product, location, shipping method and warehouse. You can check the cost on every product page.
