3. Third party search websites
There are many third-party websites that provide tracking and query results for packages. To ensure that your customers receive accurate information, we recommend using our provided query websites, such as https://www.17track.net.
4. Carrier website
The vast majority of carriers provide package tracking services, but they only provide tracking information after the package enters their transportation phase. Except for some full-service carriers such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS, we do not recommend that you directly provide the query websites of these carriers to your customers. Instead, we suggest that you provide our query page or third-party query websites. This makes it convenient for customers to have detailed tracking information throughout the entire transportation process of the item, rather than worrying about package issues (when the query information on the terminal carrier website shows that the item has been in preparation)
