PACKER Member Packaging and Labeling Process

After you have purchased the goods from the Chinese factory or supplier, please have them send the package to the designated recipient at our Shenzhen warehouse

Log in to your account, create a single or batch international logistics order, enter the domestic express tracking number and corresponding product details in the package, submit the handover checklist and international logistics order form
3.

After the goods are delivered to our warehouse, a dedicated person in the warehouse will unpack the goods, check the quantity and details. Packages that meet the handover list will be immediately arranged for signing and storage
4.

Based on the international logistics order created by the customer, the warehouse staff will pick, pack, label, and send you the invoice. Once the invoice is paid, they will immediately arrange for it to be shipped out of the warehouse

The cost of packaging and labeling=settlement weight * 0.2 USD+0.5USD. The settlement weight is usually the larger of the actual weight and volume weight. For small packages, volume is not calculated, and for those with a settlement weight less than 1KG, it is calculated as 1KG. The 0.5USD is the base cost for processing on any package.

For example:

1. If a 0.5KG package is shipped directly to a small package (only net weight is calculated and volume is not included), the cost of packaging and labeling (whether in bubble bags or paper boxes) is 0.7 US dollars.

2. If a 1.5KG package is shipped directly to a small package (only net weight is calculated and volume is not included), the cost of packaging and labeling (whether in bubble bags or paper boxes) is $0.9.

3. For a 6.5KG package sent by DHL with dimensions of 50cm * 50cm * 20cm, the cost of packaging and labeling is 10 * 0.2+0.5=2.5 US dollars (DHL settlement weight=length * width * height/5000, here 50 * 50 * 20/5000=10)

4. A 22KG FBA package with dimensions of 50cm * 50cm * 20cm, containing 10 products, each weighing 2kg, requires packaging and labeling. So the cost of packaging and labeling on behalf of others is 22 * 0.2+0.5+10 * 2 * (0.2+0.5)=$18.9

After the package is ready, your logistics assistant will send you a bill, where you can see the actual weight, volume, and settlement weight. The settlement weight is usually the larger of the actual weight and volume weight. Channels that do not consider volume will not provide volume data. Unless requested by the customer, all packaging materials are unmarked and will not contain any promotional materials.

After you submit the packaging, the ShipAIM operator union will remove the excess boxes and bags that were originally included in the domestic express package while ensuring the safety of the goods, and repack it to compress the volume and reduce weight as much as possible, saving shipping costs.

For packages that do not need to be packed, please make sure to attach the international logistics label. For packages without a label, it is assumed that they need to be packed.

To ensure a smooth process, you need to:
In the declaration content of international logistics orders, SKU, name, quantity, and domestic express tracking number must be accurate, and sales links should be filled in as much as possible to verify whether the products match. If there is no sales link or it is inconvenient to provide, you can name the product image as SKU number and package it for upload through order attachment
In domestic express packages, there are significant distinctions and easy identification between SKUs. For example, individual SKUs can be packaged in plastic bags, printed or handwritten on label paper and attached to the outer packaging of the product, or the product barcode can be used as the SKU. For 1-on-1 domestic packages (where there is only one SKU in one package and the product quantity is 1), you can use the tracking number as the SKU to declare in the international logistics form.
The delivery dates of each domestic package in the combination order should not be more than 20 days apart.
Fragile or valuable items, please purchase domestic freight insurance or domestic express insurance by yourself or your supplier.

Other services not mentioned, please contact the salesperson for a quote when encountering them. The settlement of this type of service is combined with the order settlement, and the customer service will send you a bill for payment before shipment.

PACKER has no restrictions on the quantity of packages or orders!

Please first register a membership account on ShipAIM and choose to become a free or paid member of ShipAIM. So you will automatically activate the PACKER service plan.

If the package is damaged or lost between the time of entry and the time of exit, PACKER shall compensate proportionally based on the declared value of the product in question. Damage or loss in other stages is not related to the PACKER plan.

Customers who are typically suitable for PACKER have one or more of the following characteristics:

Couples or smaller companies are temporarily unable to hire personnel specifically for packaging
The cost of hiring packaging employees is significantly higher compared to the PACKER program
Focusing on business development and not wanting to spend a lot of time and cost on packaging work
The comprehensive cost of international express delivery in the region is relatively high or the delivery time is not as good as ShipAIM’s
Hope the supplier or 1688 can directly handle cross-border shipping matters without a better solution at the moment

The PACKER membership and ShipAIM shipping account coexist. If you cancel your ShipAIM account, the PACKER membership will be cancelled together.

After the order is packaged and labeled, our customer service will send you a shipping bill, which includes the package shipping and packaging label fees. After the customer verifies that there are no errors, they can pay according to the bill. After the payment is completed, the order will be arranged for shipment as soon as possible.

If you have any questions about the weight of the package after receiving the shipping bill (the package has not been shipped out at this time), you can contact customer service online and do not pay the bill for now. Please provide reference weight as much as possible, and understand that there may be some weight fluctuations in the package. If the weight of the package differs significantly from your reference weight (fluctuating between plus and minus 10% or more), you can request to repack and take photos. After repackaging, the package cannot be reduced in weight, and you will need to pay an additional packaging fee (50% of the original packaging fee). If the package falls within the floating range, you do not need to pay a packaging surcharge.
