According to official sources, TEMU platform has launched a limited time benefit, where merchants can place orders online and receive a cash subsidy of $0.5 per order, with no upper limit on rewards
Event duration: January 1, 2025 to March 31, 2025. The event period is based on one month ("month" refers to the natural month, the same below). The first subsidy activity rules will be announced, and the second and third subsidy activity rules will be announced. Stay tuned!

Applicable site: US site

Eligibility for Participation: Merchants who use the total number of packages shipped through online ordering divided by the total number of packages shipped during this period multiplied by 100% and less than 95% between December 15, 2024 and December 21, 2024, will be eligible to participate in the first subsidy activity.

Subsidy eligibility:
Merchants who are eligible to participate will be assessed on a daily basis during the initial period. If any of the following conditions are met on the day of assessment, they can receive a subsidy of $0.5 per package by using the "Online Order Shipping" package on the same day.
Condition 1: The total number of packages shipped online on the same day ÷ the total number of packages shipped on the same day × 100% ≥ 95%
Condition 2: The total number of packages shipped through online ordering on the same day is greater than 500

Subsidy distribution rules:
After the first phase (from January 1, 2025 to January 31, 2025) expires, the eligibility for subsidies will be announced in the following month.

If the shipment situation for the following month meets:
If the total number of packages shipped through online ordering in the following month ÷ the total number of packages shipped in the following month × 100% ≥ the total number of packages eligible for subsidies during the first period ÷ the total number of packages shipped during the first period × 100%, the corresponding subsidy will be issued in the third month.

Note: For the avoidance of doubt, it is specifically stated that if a merchant violates any regulations such as the merchant agreement, Temu merchant rules, and/or other platform requirements when using online ordering and shipping (such as false shipping, fraudulent shipping, etc.), the package that was shipped using online ordering will be considered as a violation package, and such violation packages will be excluded from the statistics of the following data, as follows:
1. The total number of packages shipped using online ordering in the eligibility criteria;
2. The total number of packages shipped using online ordering on the same day, as stated in condition 1 of the subsidy eligibility criteria;
3. The total number of packages ordered and shipped online for the entire next month in the subsidy distribution conditions;
4. The total number of packages eligible for subsidies during the first period in the conditions for subsidy distribution

Special reminder to merchants to pay attention
After the release of the first subsidy activity rules, if a merchant violates any regulations such as the merchant agreement, Temu merchant rules, and/or other platform requirements, the platform has the right to take measures such as revoking the merchant's participation qualification, subsidy qualification, not issuing any subsidies, and/or requiring the merchant to return the subsidies already issued, depending on the merchant's violation situation and degree of violation. The final interpretation right of this initial subsidy activity belongs to the platform.
