How Can I Trace My Order?

You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse
Processing: You can check the status in “My Orders” page in your ShipAIM account.
Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you can trace your order at. Tracking information is also available in your Order Details page.

How Do I Change My Delivery Address?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to change the delivery address as once it is shipped we cannot change the address. Contact Customer Service ( or email to shipaim.com) Immediately!

What shipping methods do you offer and what is the estimated delivery date? Where can I check the shipping status of my order?

The transit time depends on where you’re located and where your package comes from. The shipping times are a general guide and do not apply to some remote areas. If you want to know more information, please contact our customer service. We will settle your problem as soon as possible.

Remote Areas – Delivery

Can couriers deliver to remote areas?
Yes, wherever you are, we will be able to deliver the products to you.
FedEx or DHL might in some cases apply a nominal “remote area charge”. This is very rare but can happen when your delivery address is too far from the main logistics centers.
If your address is located in a remote area for the courier of your choice, we will contact you to discuss the issue. You will need to pay an extra $45 to cover the remote shipping fees from FedEx or DHL. However, if you do not want to pay any additional fees, we would suggest that you ship your order with Standard Shipping. We will refund you the difference in shipping fee.

Is Shipping Included in The Prices?

If products are marked “free shipping”, then you will do not need to pay for shipping cost. Free shipping to the whole world.

For products without “free shipping”, Prices vary depending on product, location, shipping method and warehouse. You can check the cost on every product page.

How Do I Cancel An Order?

Please contact us as soon as you realize you need to cancel as once it is shipped we cannot cancel it for you. Contact Customer Service or email to shipaim.com!

 My order wasn’t shipped 7 days after payment

Please verify that your payment is confirmed and none of the items are back ordered or sold out. If the issue is still there then please contact us via Live Chat or email to shipaim.com.

Why was my order partially shipped?
 There are three reasons why your order was partially shipped
  1. We have different warehouses, we will not combine them together and will ship from the correct warehouse separately.
  2. The items are overweight and need to ship in different packages.
  3. The item is out of production or stock for a long while, we may ship the rest to you 3 first. Usually in this case, we will send email to you.

Please check your email and let us know you would change to other item or get the refund.

WHY IS MY ORDER STILL IN THE PROCESSING STAGE SEVERAL DAYS AFTER ORDER COMPLETION?

If your order is still in the processing stage 48 hours after payment, it means that some items in your order are out of stock. We usually need 2-5 days to restock these items. If you still have concerns about your order, please contact us to check for you directly via Live Chat or email to  shipaim.com!

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?

  1. If the order payment status is “Pending”, you can contact us to help you to change it to “Canceled”
  2. If the order has already been paid but is not shipped out yet, you can contact us to cancel the order and get a full refund.
  3. If the order has already been sent out, we cannot help you to cancel the order. You may choose to send back the unopened products after you’ve received

them and we will refund the money upon our receipt of the returned item(s).

* Please note that “shipaim.com does not pay the return shipping cost on returned items, and we aren’t also responsible for goods lost during shipment when no tracking service has been supplied.” After receiving the returned goods, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days.

MY ORDER IS NOT IN MY SHIPAIM ACCOUNT.

There are two reasons why an order might not appear in your Order List.

  1. The payment system encountered an error when you placed the order;
  2. You placed your order as guest (without logging in to a ShipAIM account first).

If you encounter any of the above situations, don’t worry. First, make sure that you have completed your payment by checking your PayPal account for the payment information. Then contact us by providing the transaction ID, invoice ID or your PayPal email address and our customer service center will resolve the issue.

Items Are Missing From My Order, What Can I Do?

Possible reasons:
Order Split Shipped: Check your order whether it has not been split shipped. Contact our Customer Service.
Ordered from different warehouses: If you ordered from 2 different warehouse the order will have multiple shipments.
ShipAIM made a mistake: On rare occasions an item maybe missed during packaging.
Parcel damaged or items removed: The package seems modified or damaged and items may have fallen out.

If you have checked, there is still something missing. Take photos of what has arrived and email what is missing to our Customer Service at shipaim.com, including your order number and a copy of the parcel declaration.

What is RMA?

RMA is short for Return Merchandise Authorization. Customers who want to return item(s) are required to apply for a RMA. Once the RMA is authorized, customers could return the item(s) by printing the return address on the label.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service via email to  shipaim.com to help if we can solve the problem together first. In most cases, items can be returned within 45 days.
Please contact us before returning the item, or we will refuse to deal with it.

My Products Have Stopped Working Correctly

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Learn all about the warranty procedure. Every product has a specific warranty period. If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us via email to  shipaim.com.
If it is outside of warranty we may still be able to offer repairs or replacement parts.

I received an incorrect item.

  1. Please contact us by telling the order number and the details you received.
  2. Our Customer Service team will respond to you within 24 hours.
  3. Once Customer Service confirms an item is incorrect, we will either refund you or dispatch an alternative item (if applicable and available). ShipAIM will decide whether you need to return the wrong product or not and compensate the return shipping fee once when we receive it.

An item was damaged during shipping.

If your item was damaged during shipping, you are eligible for a refund after reject it. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide Customer Service with graphs clearly showing the problem with the item and its courier number as soon as possible. Please also provide “Proof of Damage” documentation from your courier.

Item is not as described.

If the items received are not the one you ordered or not as described, you can choose to keep the item at a discounted price or request a replacement after reject it by contacting us at shipaim.com.

What’s the ShipAIM product warranty?

Yes, everything you buy from ShipAIM has a guarantee of quality and will exactly match the description on the website.
Factories that supply ShipAIM are strictly evaluated by us, and we provide you an even better reassurance of consistent high quality thanks to our in-house QC team.
We double-check the contents of all orders carefully before dispatch to our customers.
You can be confident about ordering from ShipAIM just as much as any western retailer.

All warranties start from the date of receiving the product. If the product malfunctions within the warranty period, any free repairs need to be confirmed with the manufacturer through customer service. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, while ShipAIM will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired item back to the customer.

  1. 12 months Manufacturer`s Repair Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged or misused after receipt, and problems caused by logistics). Categories includes LEDs & Flashlights, Computers & Networking, Cameras & Photo Accessories, Musical Instruments, Car Accessories, Video Accessories, Beauty and Health Gadgets, Game Accessories and other electronics, etc.
    And there are some categories that have no warranty, such as Jewelry, Wallpapers, Cross-Stitch Embroidery, Decorative Paintings, Bedding, Bath, Home Textile, Stationeries and RC Models. Sports accessories usually are within 2 months warranty.
  2. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect  is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
  3. Right Of cancellation Unless one of the exceptions listed below applies, you can cancel your order without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods purchased or from the day of the conclusion of the contract, in the case of services or digital content not supplied in a tangible medium (e.g. CD or DVD).You must send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired and return the item.Exceptions To The right of cancellation does not apply to:· the delivery of products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygienic reasons if unsealed by you after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items;· the delivery of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed software if unsealed by you after delivery;· the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;· the supply of goods which may deteriorate or expire rapidly;· the supply of digital content (including apps, digital software, ebooks, MP3, etc) which is not supplied on a tangible medium (e.g. on a CD or DVD) if you accepted when you placed your order that we could start to deliver it, and that you could not cancel it once delivery had started;· the delivery of newspapers, journals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts;

Does ShipAIM check the products before shipping them to me?

Yes, for sure.
We have a professional Quality Control team. They will check carefully for each item we received from suppliers and manufacturers to avoid sending defective goods to our customers.
If an item is found defective in our QC test, it will be returned to the supplier / factory. So please don’t worry about receiving a defective item because we are committed to being a trustworthy and reliable seller on international on-line shopping market.

What should I do if my items arrived damaged?

Rarely, rough handling by the courier can lead to physical damage to your goods, e.g. broken screen.

If this has happened, please follow these steps:
If possible, raise a complaint directly with the delivery representative of the courier company before you sign for the goods. They will advise you on the complaint procedure.
If you already signed for the packet, take photos showing the damage and contact the local office of the courier/delivery company to complain. They will have a complaining procedure which will enable you to get compensation.
Next, contact ShipAIM immediately with your order number and a full description / pictures of the broken item issue. We will contact the courier company from our end.
Once the courier company confirms that the case is valid, they will compensate ShipAIM, and we will pass on this compensation to you. The compensation varies from case to case and is different for each delivery company. In some cases you will need to pay to post the broken item back to ShipAIM in order for us to send out a new piece.

What should I do if my products go broken after a period of use?

If you encounter quality issues within the warranty period you will be covered. Every product has a specific warranty period (If it is not stated in the product listing, contact us via email to [email protected]).

In this case, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

  1. The photos of original ShipAIM package with front and back sides
  2. The photos or video of the defective item(s)
  3. The photos, video or screenshot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

We will usually offer you a refund or send a replacement as soon as the problem is confirmed.
Sometimes you may need to ship the defective item back to us for free repair service or a new replacement. Customer should cover the return shipping fee, and ShipAIM is responsible for the shipping costs of arranging reshipment by air mail.

Warranty Exemptions and Notes

    1. Product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage/damage during use, is solely the customer’s responsibility and is not covered by our warranties.
    2. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product’s warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.

The customer voids the warranty if they:

    1. Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
    2. Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
    3. Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
    4. Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
    5. Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
  1. All returns must first be authorized by ShipAIM Support team prior to return. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization (R.M.A form), sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty box, there will no compensation permitted in such cases.

Special Notes:

  1. Except for DOA (Dead on Arrival) cases, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the item for any other reasons.
  2. During the return shipping, the customer is responsible for any and all customs charges, excise duties or tariffs during the item return to China. In these cases we will deduct the customs fees from your authorized refund amount.
  3. ShipAIM will ship the item to the customer via Flat Rate Shipping by default. If the customer wants to utilize a faster shipping method, the relevant shipping fee is applicable.
  4. Please pay attention to the return message, once the show sign, please contact us again
  5. The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred for product repairs or resending of parts due to incorrect usage, including shipping fees.

Member Accounts
User must be registered on the Site to access or use some Services (a registered User is also referred to as a “Member” below). Except with SHIPAIM.COM’s approval, one User may only register one member account on the Site. SHIPAIM.COM may cancel or terminate a User’s member account if SHIPAIM.COM has reasons to suspect that the User has concurrently registered or controlled two or more member accounts. Further, SHIPAIM.COM may reject User’s application for registration for any reason.
Upon registration on the Site, SHIPAIM.COM shall assign an account and issue a member ID and password (the latter shall be chosen by a registered User during registration) to each registered User. An account may have a web-based email account with limited storage space for the Member to send or receive emails.
A set of Member ID and password is unique to a single account. Each Member shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Member ID and password and for all activities that occur under your account. No Member may share, assign, or permit the use of your Member account, ID or password by another person outside of the Member’s own business entity. Member agrees to notify SHIPAIM.COM immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your password or your account or any other breach of security of your account.
Member agrees that all activities that occur under your account (including without limitation, posting any company or product information, clicking to accept any Additional Agreements or rules, subscribing to or making any payment for any services, sending emails using the email account or sending SMS) will be deemed to have been authorized by the Member.
Member acknowledges that sharing of your account with other persons, or allowing multiple users outside of your business entity to use your account (collectively, “multiple use”), may cause irreparable harm to SHIPAIM.COM or other Users of the Site. Member shall indemnify SHIPAIM.COM, our affiliates, directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss or damages (including but not limited to loss of profits) suffered as a result of the multiple use of your account. Member also agrees that in case of the multiple use of your account or Member’s failure to maintain the security of your account, SHIPAIM.COM shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising from such a breach and shall have the right to suspend or terminate Member’s account without liability to Member.

Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify and save SHIPAIM.COM, our affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise from User’s breach of any representations and warranties made by User to SHIPAIM.COM, including but not limited to those set forth in Section 5 hereunder.
Each User hereby further agrees to indemnify and save SHIPAIM.COM, our affiliates, directors, officers and employees harmless, from any and all losses, damages, claims, liabilities (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) which may arise, directly or indirectly, as a result of any claims asserted by Third Party Rights claimants or other third parties relating to products offered or displayed on the Site. Each User hereby further agrees that SHIPAIM.COM is not responsible and shall have no liability to you, for any material posted by others; including defamatory, offensive or illicit material and that the risk of damages from such material rests entirely with each User. SHIPAIM.COM reserves the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you shall cooperate with SHIPAIM.COM in asserting any available defenses.
SHIPAIM.COM shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever (including but not limited to damages for loss of profits or savings, business interruption, loss of information), whether in contract, negligence, tort, equity or otherwise or any other damages resulting from any of the following.
the use or the inability to use the Site or Services;
any defect in goods, samples, data, information or services purchased or obtained from a User or any other third party through the Site;
unauthorized access by third parties to data or private information of any User;
statements or conduct of any User of the Site;
any matters relating to Services however arising, including negligence.
The limitations and exclusions of liability to you under the Terms shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law and shall apply whether or not SHIPAIM.COM has been advised of or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses arising.

Force Majeure

SHIPAIM.COM’s failure to enforce any right or failure to act with respect to any breach by you under the Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right nor a waiver of SHIPAIM.COM’s right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
SHIPAIM.COM shall have the right to assign the Terms (including all of our rights, titles, benefits, interests, and obligations and duties in the Terms to any person or entity (including any affiliates of SHIPAIM.COM). You may not assign, in whole or part, the Terms to any person or entity.
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to SHIPAIM.COM or to products or services sold or distributed by SHIPAIM.COM or through SHIPAIM.COM shall be submitted to CIETAC, United Kingdom Sub-Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission’s arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The number of arbitrators shall be one; The place of arbitration shall be United Kingdom; The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings should be English.The arbitral award is final and binding upon both you and SHIPAIM.
