- Change delivery address handling fee (no fuel surcharge required): RMB 94/piece for Hong Kong channel, up to RMB 273/ticket; Mainland channel RMB 73/piece, up to RMB 280/ticket; Applicable to the following situations, notification is valid within 6 months:
【1】 The city, postal code, country, or detailed address information of the recipient's address is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in the shipment not being successfully delivered.
【2】 The recipient has moved away from the delivery address on the waybill and the hotel where the recipient is located, resulting in the unsuccessful delivery of the goods.
【3】 The recipient has resigned from the shipping company listed on the waybill, and this company has refused to sign for the shipment.
【4】 If there are two deliveries to the destination country (including customer pickup)
Note: Before shipping the goods, the shipper must strictly verify whether the recipient's address is correct and complete. - Additional handling service fee: If any of the following conditions are met, UPS will charge customers an additional fee of 108 yuan/piece * fuel for each package, which will not be charged again:

【5】 The average weight of each package in any shipment exceeds 24 kilograms, and the individual weights are not clearly listed on the source documents or documents generated by the UPS automatic shipping system used. - Additional fee for large packages: If the package length plus circumference [(2 x width)+(2 x height)] exceeds 295 centimeters but does not exceed the UPS size limit of 395 centimeters, it will be considered a "large package" with a minimum chargeable weight of 40KG. - Return handling fee: For shipments returned to Hong Kong due to recipient refusal or other reasons, UPS will charge an additional return handling fee of 67RMB/ticket * fuel in addition to the normal return shipping fee, which will be borne by the sender.
- All electronic cigarette products must be declared for export (120 yuan/ticket), with default payment for customs clearance. If general trade customs clearance is required, please select it in the order
- Extra Name Surcharge: For goods shipped to the United States, an additional fee of 25RMB per item will be charged if there are more than 3 declared names on the invoice. For goods sent to Canada, an additional fee of 35RMB per item will be charged for exceeding 5 declared product names on the invoice.
【 Channel related 】 - Channel restrictions:
【1】 UPS will refuse to accept packages that meet any of the following conditions:
① The longest edge of any package exceeds 270CM (inclusive);
② The circumference of any package, (width+height) * 2+length exceeding 395CM (inclusive)
③ Any package with a chargeable weight exceeding 70KG (inclusive)
【2】 European countries require EORI numbers for shipping, and if shipping through Amazon, customs duties must be prepaid;
【3】 Electronic products from EU countries must carry the CE mark, otherwise they will be returned, destroyed or confiscated without notice, and all costs incurred will be borne by the sender.

- Prohibited items:

【3】 UPS prohibits the transportation of goods that are live, undeclared, counterfeit, or prohibited, resulting in the inspection, seizure, and destruction of the goods. A minimum fine of 1000 RMB per ticket will be imposed, and the shipping fee will not be refunded! And the responsibility for the related consequences shall be borne by the shipper! 【4】 UPS non compliant fees (such as serious prohibited items, boxes packaged in pure electric DG for general cargo), a fine of 1167 yuan per item, for non compliant shipments. Only charge for non compliant packages. (Example: 12 out of 100 packages are non compliant, using 12X1167=14004), no return service is provided, customers need to arrange their own transportation to the building collapse for retrieval and return
【5】 Prohibited item fines: If fines are incurred due to customs clearance of goods at the destination, they will be charged according to the UPS bill - Regarding returns and return fees: Any costs incurred for overseas returns due to customs clearance issues, address issues, or recipient issues will be borne by the sender. The return fee will be based on the UPS invoice, which is valid for 6 months after the invoice is returned!
- Compensation related: In case of loss, damage, or compensation during the transit of goods, the compensation amount will be based on UPS's compensation amount, which will not exceed USD100.
