Custom package

Custom packaging refers to the designing and production of packaging materials specifically tailored to fit a product and the brand’s visual identity. This customization involves various aspects of the packaging, including its size, shape, color, design, and even the materials used. Personalized packaging is often used as a marketing tool to help a product stand out on the shelf and to enhance the overall customer experience. It reflects the brand’s image and values and provides important product information in an aesthetically pleasing way.

Custom packaging should be designed with the specific product in mind. The packaging needs to be functional, providing adequate protection for the product during transport and storage, and easy to open for the customer. From a business perspective, customized packaging can lead to increased brand recognition, customer loyalty, and sales. It is a critical aspect of the product that goes beyond merely serving as a box and plays a crucial role in the overall branding and marketing strategy.

Custom packaging drives business growth, allowing companies and manufacturers to showcase their brands better and stand out in a crowded market. By tailoring specific packaging to their products and target audience, businesses can create a more memorable and engaging customer experience. Custom-made packaging is a wise investment for any brand owner who wants to improve brand recognition, protect their products, and reduce shipping costs. It can improve brand perception, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth. Custom packaging also helps to protect your products during shipping, ensuring that they arrive at their destination in perfect condition. Moreover, custom packaging can provide added value and functionality, such as eco-friendly or reusable options, which can further enhance a brand’s reputation and customer loyalty.

Small businesses can especially benefit from custom packaging as it can help enhance brand visibility and create a memorable unboxing experience for new customers. The process of designing impactful custom product packaging starts with clearly understanding your brand and its values. Your packaging should reflect your brand values and resonate with your target audience. Keeping it simple is also key. A simple, clean design stands out more than a complex one. Ensure your personalized brand name and logo are clear and easily recognizable. The quality of your packaging materials reflects on your brand, so it is better to invest in high-quality materials that protect your product and provide a positive customer experience. Adding personal touches is another way to make your customers feel special. Explore unique shapes, or incorporate interactive elements that make unboxing an enjoyable experience. Small details like adding a thank-you note or a small freebie go also a long way. Additionally, think about the size of your packaging. It is essential to find a balance between not wasting materials while still adequately protecting your product.

Dear customer, we will send you drawings for verification before printing. Please carefully check the drawings. If there are any errors in the content, our company will not be responsible, let alone responsible. Please carefully check the drawings. Our company will not handle any disputes caused by the drawings. We solemnly declare that the printed products are customized products and will not be returned.

Due to the special nature of our product, it is a customized product. Once you have finalized the manuscript, you are not allowed to modify it or receive a refund. If you have any objections, please consider carefully before making a purchase

Before formal printing, we will provide you with a screenshot of the printed manuscript for confirmation! Please carefully confirm that the final content we have sent you is correct (especially in terms of text).
Because the printed material cannot be modified after plate making, printing according to the final confirmed manuscript constitutes an error in the content of the manuscript. Our store does not acknowledge any corresponding liability for losses!
The customer provided the manuscript themselves, but our store only handles bleeding and directly prints it according to the provided manuscript

Color is one of the most important elements of your sticker. At ShipAIM, we use 4-colour CMYK process, meaning you have an endless spectrum of colours to choose from. But which is the right choice?
Personal tastes will vary, but one of the biggest considerations should be contrast. Since your monitor is backlit, it can enhance contrast in ways that will not translate well to a printed product like a custom sticker or label. For example, navy blue text can be seen on a black background on screen quite clearly. As you can see in the comparison photos on any printing processing, however, the lack of contrast makes the label very hard to read. For this reason, we recommend you try to stick to light-on-dark, or dark-on-light designs.
When selecting colors it is also important to remember that you are viewing the selected color on a screen, which displays in RGB, and we will have to convert this colour to a print-friendly colour, made up of CMYK. All computer displays are RGB, so even designing in CMYK cannot avoid this natural conversion. As such, the printed product may vary slightly from your on-screen preview.
Some clients ask whether we print Pantone colors, or if we can color match to a previous print. Due to the nature of our printing process we cannot achieve 1:1 color matching on short-run orders. If you need a color to be exact we recommend getting in touch with our custom sales team to explore our solutions.

If you receive printed materials that are “different from what you imagined”, “the color is too dark or too light (normal printing has a color difference of about 10%, which is normal)”, “what I see on the computer is not like this”, “the paper is different from what I used to make”, and so on. Friends who use these non quality reasons as reasons, please think carefully about everyone’s imagination before purchasing. Our store does not follow the customer’s imagination and only follows the normal printing process. If you have any doubts about this, please consider carefully before your order.

A sample is printed by a digital proofing machine using carbon powder or ink. There is a slight difference in the printing process between the sample and the printed color, with a color difference of 10-15%. The material used for the sample may be different from the printed material, and the sample paper may be thicker or thinner. Refunds and returns cannot be made on this basis.

We will keep the documents for you and you can reorder them or make modifications at any time.

There are no setup fees, no plate fees, and no minimum order quantities for custom packaging orders. You will be quoted one simple price for your project.

It’s no secret that product packaging is becoming increasingly important in the business world. In fact, many businesses are starting to see custom packaging as a necessary investment if they want to stay competitive—and there are good reasons for this!
Custom packaging can help your product stand out in a crowded marketplace and get noticed by consumers who might not have seen it before. More importantly, it can help your product become memorable for those who do see it—which at the end of the day, is what we all want when selling our products in stores or online.
So, how do you design product packaging that’s guaranteed to sell? Here are five key steps you must follow.
1. Determine Your Package’s Purpose
Before you even begin designing packaging for a new product, it is essential to consider the following:
Who is your target audience?
What are their needs?
What are your goals for the product?
How will the packaging help you achieve those goals?
Once you have answered these questions, you can begin sketching out ideas for your product package and determine its purpose. Be sure to think about how the design will stand out on store shelves and how it will communicate the brand and message of your product.
2. Partner with a Packaging Company
The next step you should take is to partner with a trustworthy packaging company like ShipAIM. We are skilled at offering one-of-a-kind solutions custom-tailored to meet our client’s unique packaging requirements. Whether it’s cosmetic boxes, trays for cakes, or e-commerce mailers, our design department can bring your product packaging dreams to life—all under one roof. To make the partnership even better, our manufactures are FSC-certified, meaning your packages will have the sustainable stamp of approval.
3. Add Content to the Package
To make your product packaging unique, consider adding written copy, imagery, and your brand’s colors and logo to it. This will make it easy to identify and interpret for customers. Also, if parts of the packaging will frequently change—such as expiration dates—consider leaving some open space for a stamp or sticker.
4. Test the Packaging Design
Now that you’ve selected your package design, it’s time to test it. At ShipAIM, we perform several certified tests on the package, including:
Drop testing
Vibration testing
Compression testing
Transit Testing
This ensures the package is durable and strong enough to protect the product inside from damage and harmful elements.
5. Sell the Product
Once the package has come together and is ready to go, it’s time to sell it on the market! From here, you can begin to collect customer feedback to see what people think of your product’s packaging. This allows you to gain valuable information to understand what could be improved upon and make those changes.
